Leadership and product management was ahead of the curve for Observability, with build-in AI, however since 2022 it seems like Datadog has challenge keeping up with market development.

The first 1.5 years were very solid, people were hitting quota and going to president's club. 2nd year, we re-structured and everyone had a very tough time generating pipeline and closing deals.
