Current Employee platform is amazing, leadership is horrible. Leadership judge performance the same on reps who receive inbounds vs those who don't. 90%+ of new logo is from inbound leads and leadership denies any correlation between performance and inbound rates. Inbound disparity it insane. Some reps receive up to 30-40 a quarter while other recieve 2-5 a quarter. Horrible SF data. Your success is directly tied to your territory and inbound rate. Marketing is horrible and their hands are tied by how limited their budget is. Product is amazing and should be a well known platform but marketing is limited. Outbounding is extremely difficult.
