Current Employee Currently employed. Things are really changing and going downhill for the sales organization. If you are not on a team that is aligned with the partner channel, you are not going to be successful. Company is changing focus to more of a channel selling motion, direct sellers being left behind. You are going to be expected to outbound for your whole quota, and then you will be judged the same on attainment vs someone who closed a bunch of inbound or partner deals. Some people here generally don't have to work very hard to achieve 300%+ of their quota if they are aligned to the right territory/team, others have to work twice as hard just to get a chance of hitting 70% of their quota if they're lucky. Very dependent on territory, manager, engineer alignment, and channel alignment. Majority of direct sales org is sinking and no one will throw them a lifeline. Browse Other Reviews
