Elastic is evolving and changing. Curious to see where the new CRO takes the company. Segmentation and territories are weird. Hope that changes in the future. They use a super dated employee count from D and B to determine if something is Enterprise, Commercial, or Growth. Moving towards a Strategic, Large Enterprise, Enterprise, Commercial, and Growth model but not there yet.

A good product to sell with customer interest. The SLT was more focused on DEI than good sales practices or executing a GTM.

Overall my experience was good - there was a change in the Sales lead and a lot of people left. However I left because of a better opportunity elsewhere. It was more of a pull factor than push factor.
