Overall my experience was good - there was a change in the Sales lead and a lot of people left. However I left because of a better opportunity elsewhere. It was more of a pull factor than push factor.

SAs are severely overworked here, with a culture of enabling AEs to effectively skip the entire technical sales stage as their SA will cover all presentations, demos, technical questions, as well as having absorbed the Customer Success function.
