Very good product and solid compensation package for SAs and managers. Culture is in flux, lacking strong leadership for SAs or company in general. Very limited diversity - specifically not a great place for women in Sales (SAs or AEs).

Great! Thoroughly enjoy working at Elastic and the sales team members are generally very satisfied. Turnover has slowed and the outlook is strong.
