Current Employee3.6Jun 14, 2023Elastic has a fantastic culture but it is a HIGHLY competitive space with not only vendors like Datadog, Splunk and New Relic but also AWS OpenSearch (embedded in OpenSearch is an old version of Elastic) and Elastic's free and open. I would really get a sense of the accounts you would be inheriting upon coming on board because more than likely they will be entrenched...Read More
