Elastic has a fantastic culture but it is a HIGHLY competitive space with not only vendors like Datadog, Splunk and New Relic but also AWS OpenSearch (embedded in OpenSearch is an old version of Elastic) and Elastic's free and open. I would really get a sense of the accounts you would be inheriting upon coming on board because more than likely they will be entrenched with the competition and replacing them will take 1-2 years minimum. If they are a current customer, many times they won't ever talk to you and managing the renewal will be difficult.

No clear GTM, no real inbound flow, unrealistic quotas, avoid if you are a sales professional trying to make money. Only join if you are a recent grad trying to get their first sales experience in SaaS

Ridiculous earning potential, I made club in Y1 and took home north of $350k in my first year.
