Former Employee Entrata has an excellent base product offering. I was drawn to this company for their culture, but almost immediately after I started the executive leadership changed which had a dramatic negative impact on the company culture. Entrata has a lot to offer the multifamily industry and has some fantastic people who work there, who want to make a difference internally and externally, but some of the executive leadership is dismantling a lot of what made the company so special. There is a healthy balance in balancing business objectives and cultivating a healthy, productive and enriched workforce, but unfortunately there are a few key executive leaders who are not adept in leading teams or companies. The leadership over the revenue producing teams leaves a lot to be desired and needs to be educated on standard HR and corporate culture practices.
I remain hopeful that this is just a blip in Entrata's journey as they have a lot of opportunity to elevate the industry and the RE proptech space under the right leadership and vision forward.
