Phenomenal sales organization. Culture is supportive, collaborative, great training, with many very tenured people wanting to help and guide the newer people. The systems are a bit much, many tools that you do not even know about and are constantly being changed or removed. Things can also take long internally if you do not create a sense of urgency.

Internal discount agreement negotiations could be improved and streamlined. There are several layers of complexities when it comes to discounts and it can make it difficult to perform well
