Current Employee4.3Sep 29, 2023Amazing product, amazing team and amazing leadership. This company has a vision, and genuinely care about its employees. Working at Figma is being part of an exciting adventure, where you'll make friends along the way.

Current Employee2.9Jan 30, 2024Pros: - Leadership is supportive/understanding - done a lot to make the job easier - Base is relatively high - Hybrid work model Cons: - Very few people hitting quota (tough economy doesn't help) - Culture is a bit cliquey & could use more diversity

Current Employee1.7Jul 18, 2023This company is awful. The culture has gotten so bad, reps hitting on average around 15% of their number, and management has no clue what they're doing. Folks leaving left and right. Maybe other parts of the org are better but I absolutely do not recommend sales reps work here.
