I would not recommend joining here on the Enterprise or Mid-Market team. Morale is low and it seems like every day someone else is quitting. They adjusted the comp plan this year so we are only paid accelerators once, at the beginning of the year, and significantly reduced the opportunities for quota attainment. Sales leadership is toxic and the culture seems to be lead by fear. Our CRO is condescending and it seems more important to appease leadership than to actually hit quota.

I want to love it, but the new comp structure doesn't make sense for the business. We can only sell the Enterprise Sku to existing customers, but they aren't investing in that area, so we lose sight of what we are ACTUALLY selling.
