Current Employee I want to love it, but the new comp structure doesn't make sense for the business. We can only sell the Enterprise Sku to existing customers, but they aren't investing in that area, so we lose sight of what we are ACTUALLY selling. Everyone is already a Figma customer, so selling a tier with really zero benefit doesn't make sense. They want us to sell dev mode, but most customers already have it making it impossible to get to our number that's solely based on net new bookings. They also lean too much into new strategies, while there's so much else in the sales process that needs to be fixed.
