Best product I've ever sold, and some incredibly talented AEs w/in Figma. Some challenges with new pricing and running out of high growth items to sell. This will change with AI. Biggest frustration is that it seems we are more concerned with internal PR than actual success, and it is a race to look good in front of the new VP of Sales. This coupled with being spread thin (no CSMs, limited SC support and invoicing hell) makes it difficult to focus on success. Hoping the culture chills out a bit, or VP can give some assurances, because it seems like everyone is on edge.

Very difficult time for sales here. Figma essentially already has the entire market and very few accounts to sell to. We are only selling against ourselves, companies users our lower tiers and have little need to upgrade to Enterprise since they are relatively the same product with little difference
