Current Employee Everything I was told regarding this role by the hiring manager was not accurate. They told me the average deal size was more than double what it actually is. They told me that everyone was hitting quota when in reality less than 10% of the team is hitting anywhere close to quota. There was also false information provided about inbound flow. While Figma is doing very well in terms of market share, they have not figured out how to scale outside of their initial growth. The morale on the sales team is the lowest of any team I have joined and there is a divide between leadership and IC's
