Not a great place for sales as churn is high and also pay isn’t attractive compared to other companies.

The market is fully saturated as everyone who should use Figma already does. Leadership is just waiting for their Adobe pay out. No one is hitting quota. It’s a mess. I would highly recommend running far away from the sales org at Figma.
