Forrester is a great company to work for if you're breaking into the workforce. Their training is fair, my team has a 3rd party training provider which is awesome. However Forrester is having issues finding themselves in the marketplace, and customers are churning at high rates. The pay is below industry standards and sales is really under the gun to perform. Leadership claims they're trying to address issues but we don't seem to be executing on a tangible plan. The company seems to think they have a sales problem rather than looking at the products we offer.

Forrester is an fantastic environment to learn in and is full of intelligent colleagues and prospects. However, the day to day of a sales rep trying to hit quota can be chaotic and can leave you feeling like your own your own to figure it out.

There’s been a lot of leadership changes, multiple lay offs over the past few years, product change that customers don’t like. It’s hard to move out of a BDR role into another part of the company
