Overall the company appears to be taking a downturn. Leadership has been struggling to find consistency job function. Job retention has not been good. Compensation is has also been continuously changing. It’s unfortunate because Fortinet is a great company but it appears it’s becoming Unsure of the future and the security of their employers.

Quotas are up and enterprise reps are taking our accounts because smb out performed them. The did fix the downshift on renewals and add runrate as well. Overall my commission has been steady so I won’t complain too much
