Compensation is has also been continuously changing. It’s unfortunate because Fortinet is a great company but it appears it’s becoming Unsure of the future and the security of their employers.

Current Employee2.6May 21, 2024Leadership is trash, base pay sucks, no upward mobility for over 1.5 years within the org. They have a problem retaining great talent. The Products are fantastic though.

The company as a whole is growing between 30-40% each year so they expect that of reps and they've added headcount in territories that may not warrant extra headcount so it's difficult to hit numbers.
