Overall I love the people at Freshworks. Product is solid, but there is a lot of confusion about our future direction from a product standpoint. Comp is okay. Culture has gotten much worse in the past couple of years. Some bad leadership hires who have made short-sighted decisions based on bad data. Our processes across GTM teams are horribly inefficient.
