Former Employee2.4Dec 6, 2024Freshworks has some of the most intuitive, and on the face of it, easy to sell products in their domains. The issue with the company is the complete lack of direction and constant change from upper leadership. I think it's overall a good place to start off a career, but ultimately not a great place to grow in.

Current Employee3.6Mar 25, 2024There's some great things. Regular training for reps each week to build on skills, but strategy seems to be off for enterprise selling and internal changes have added a lot of stress throughout.

Current Employee1.4Jan 20, 2024Stay away from the BDR department. About 10% of reps hit each month, so you won’t make any money. Sr leadership gaslights you until you eventually quit or get put on a PIP. WFH is non existent unless you’re the sr director who brags about being only one who is hybrid in the bdr org. It’s toxic
