Freshworks has some of the most intuitive, and on the face of it, easy to sell products in their domains. The issue with the company is the complete lack of direction and constant change from upper leadership. I think it's overall a good place to start off a career, but ultimately not a great place to grow in.

Company is moving from a startup to a scale up/ enterprise . They have hired a lot of management from big companies such as Salesforce , SAP etc most of whom don’t understand the DNA or fabric of the company what got us to here and make changes for the sake of it without logic disturbing the culture and has set us back
