Current Employee Freshworks seems to be like all other SaaS players who are experiencing the same challenges at the moment. Notably, individual contributors are generally struggling; you'll need to get quite 'lucky' with a big deal in a quarter or half-year if you want to come close to your targets. There is a growing focus on KPIs and metrics for outbound efforts.
