Company moving up market. ITSM product is great and strong PMF. Lots of market leader takeouts and larger deals. Still high volume of transactional deals to support run rate. Competitive market but does really well. Strong culture and great place to develop and thrive as an enterprise seller.

The UK Sales Director has no place being in that role. How he manages Enterprise reps with no Enterprise experience is ridiculous.
