Company is moving from a startup to a scale up/ enterprise . They have hired a lot of management from big companies such as Salesforce , SAP etc most of whom don’t understand the DNA or fabric of the company what got us to here and make changes for the sake of it without logic disturbing the culture and has set us back

Every January there is a complete shake-up of accounts, teams, and territories. It's usually 2 months into the year before things settle. Every year you think it'll be the last time, but every year you have to start over. 2024 has been the most challenging thus far.
