The product has not kept up with market demand and therefore G2 is playing catchup. Lot's of goodness here but currently overshadowed by too much change too quickly. Hope to see things improve and not get worse before they get better.

Current Employee3.4Jan 15, 2024The people and culture are amazing. Long term, I do see G2 as being the place to go for software, but right now, especially in SMB it's a difficult period. G2 is very much viewed as a nice to have by software vendors.
