This company has gone through A LOT of change. So much so that many long time employees have change fatigue. The product has not kept up with market demand and therefore G2 is playing catchup. Lot's of goodness here but currently overshadowed by too much change too quickly. Hope to see things improve and not get worse before they get better.

Fantastic product market fit since more and more organizations are looking for quality > quantity when it comes to intent data. Social proof is a must-have which G2 supports on the review generation side. Good upsell opportunities with a variety of products. Account shifts/transitions and client's budgets being crunched in Martech are the biggest downsides
