The people are what make the job worth it but the product has issues. It is difficult to prove out ROI on their higher tiered packages which makes renewal tough. Social proof is a must-have which G2 supports on the review generation side. Good upsell opportunities with a variety of products. Account shifts/transitions and client's budgets being crunched in Martech are the biggest downsides
