Fantastic product market fit since more and more organizations are looking for quality > quantity when it comes to intent data. Social proof is a must-have which G2 supports on the review generation side. Good upsell opportunities with a variety of products. Account shifts/transitions and client's budgets being crunched in Martech are the biggest downsides

The people and culture are amazing. Long term, I do see G2 as being the place to go for software, but right now, especially in SMB it's a difficult period. G2 is very much viewed as a nice to have by software vendors.
