The CSP market is becoming harder and harder to sell in with current climate and number of solutions available. We are definitely on the right path with acquisition to broaden our offerings.

pros: - clear and fair rules of engagement in sales - strong product but with flaws - EMEA has a great sales manager who trusts their reps cons: - lots of changes in last 12m that have affected the culture - tough market to sell into since 2022 (eco crisis) and has affected quota attainment - a very capable but not the most straightforward product in the market
