A well run company that has a proven defined path for success. They are very big with promoting from within and you also get paid whenever your accounts renew which supplements the sometimes long sales cycles.

Brilliant business model, culture, product and positioning till the advent of you know who. They should have celebrated the advent of AI like Argentina post WC, but instead treated it like any other trend and then went defensive.
