Brilliant business model, culture, product and positioning till the advent of you know who. They should have celebrated the advent of AI like Argentina post WC, but instead treated it like any other trend and then went defensive. Things are improving but not sure if they are getting how massively great AI was for them. Biggest problem Gartner has, lack of strategic branding, positioning and treating Top 100 accounts same as their MSE accounts.
