Experience there will be totally dependent on your territory and your direct manager, but this is common in any org. Some of the people were ok/cool (many have a comically over-inflated sense of their own brilliance and need to prove this lol) but it’s not a great place to go if you want to have a career selling technology. Totally different. You’re a glorified account manager basically selling hand holding and access to articles. Best part is getting to chat with the very smart people who write the research. They are amazing.

Experience has been good for this being my first job out of college. They invest a ton of resources to get you ramped up & be successful in the role. The main issue has been, selling a product that has different ROI's for each client is not scalable. I have never had two sales cycles even remotely close to each other.
