It really depends on the team you’re on and the accounts you have. Product is people so the analyst alignment and exec partner assignment can be either make your job easy or a nightmare. AE roles are open because of high attrition. Management is micro-managing. Clients are over it with poor service and turnover. This makes hitting quota very difficult, and the economy makes it worse for retention and growth.
