Gartner is a toxic work environment that punishes creativity and thinking for yourself. Many sales leaders are discriminators towards men and run their orgs like a sorority house. Gartner is their way or the highway. There is no trust within the organization. All calls with clients are recorded and picked apart by leadership. Micromanaging is atrocious at this...Read More

Good but territory is make or break on your success. If your clients are acquired or failing, its still your responsibility as an AE to find growth

Gartner does well to take care of hard workers. Some roles have better inbound lead flow than mine, but it is mostly non-existent for my team. My role is heavier on existing client sales, but again that varies greatly across teams. Overall, I trust Gartner to do what is best for me, and my manager is very transparent with how they plan on helping me continue to grow.
