Current Employee (Speaking to SDP Program)- Great training and solid hands-on experience. But the constant changes to metrics make it hard to understand how you’re doing or what you actually need to get promoted. Even if you hit the metrics, your manager can still say they don’t ‘feel’ you’re ready, which makes the process really unclear. There’s also a general lack of transparency from leadership. AI has also taken a toll on the business, and instead of openly acknowledging the need to cut headcount, they’re using PIPs as a way to do it so they don’t have to announce “layoffs”
