Current Employee Pros: Great job security, great work-life balance, definitely a role that you can coast in. If you want to make a decent amount of money and not be in a high pressure environment, this role is good for you.
Cons: The on-paper OTE is much less than industry average. To clarify, I think the format of the compensation structure is fine, but the variable is definitely on the lower end. The sales training is mediocre. At the end of the day, this role leaves you wanting more and the corporate fluff is relentless.
