Leadership was very supportive and always willing to help. The office is young and everyone is collaborative. Pay was below market rate and metrics can be somewhat unfair depending on which business unit you're assigned to. Overall, would recommend for early career development.

Great org and training for those new to sales or early career placed in an AE role. Conversely, the more experience you have, likely the more difficult you’ll find it in terms of culty politics and lack of autonomy.
