Former Employee Great entry role with world class training and good accelerators. However, low base pay and the culture has gone massively downhill over the past year. Your success is going to significantly depend on your territory, accounts, and manager (who are hit or miss) more than anything. AEs in MSE are overworked, as there is the expectation to deliver on account management, client success and business development, with limited resources and support. It’s now a very difficult period as Gartner is struggling to fight off the notion that they can be replaced with AI/LLMs. Whilst the threat of AI isn’t imminent, the board currently have insufficient plans to address this and evolve their business models to differentiate. Gartner was overall good for me, but I no longer recommend joining. Browse Other Reviews
