Overall - Gartner was a great place to come out of school working, get fast experience, and propel career right out of the gate. Over time, my eyes were opened that Gartner wasn't the only place to work and thrive, which they certainly make you feel that way. Great benefits, good culture depending on the team you are assigned to, and great opportunity overall. Don't get too caught up in the politics.

The culture and hybrid flexibility in GTS Enterprise Conference Sales are great, but the compensation structure is challenging.
