Current Employee While the company promotes a strong and positive culture on the surface, the reality for entry-level roles like SDR is far less encouraging. You should expect to remain in the SDR position for a minimum of 15–20 months, often longer, regardless of performance. Career progression is slow and unclear. Metrics and expectations are constantly shifting, making it difficult to feel stable or successful in your role.
Training is decent at first, but leadership has a habit of continuously piling on new responsibilities and expectations without updating compensation or providing meaningful support. The workload increases, but your paycheck doesn’t. It often feels like you're being asked to do more with less, and recognition is minimal. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience for those hoping to grow quickly or be rewarded fairly for their efforts Browse Other Reviews
