Former Employee3.3Jul 10, 2024The amount of attrition is concerning. I was excited when I onboarded because there was multiple people in "my class". Within 6 months less than 30% of my class remained. It is shocking how bad the attrition is.

Any prospective candidates should ask great 2nd and 3rd level questions about the leadership expectations and territory they will be aligned to.
