Organization is 100% process driven. Accordingly, when the process is followed, success is virtually guaranteed. It’s a complicated and detailed process to follow despite heavy documentation. If you value autonomy, trust and creativity, this isn’t the org for you. But, if that’s not your thing, you might like it. Heavy feedback culture with constant reminders of opportunities to improve. Heavy pressure and monitoring of performance.
