Former Employee Horrible experience if you are a BDE and work in the Dallas office. Leadership is an absolute mess. As a matter of fact, there is no leadership, only managers who think they are good at what they do because they hit goals as INDIVIDUAL producers, but obviously cannot lead or coach anyone. Stay away from this company. Current Employee Overall experience with Gartner has been great. No real complaints.
