Former Employee Mgmt has been caught with their pants down and has no response to AI cutting into revenue growth. Micromanaging is the norm, pips handed out to cull the herd and territories collapsing because of revenue shrinkage. Some good people here, but company needs to transform and rethink the business model if they want to have a viable business. With recent stock and market cap plunge, probably time for a new voice to come in and take the reins. Do not recommend joining as a sales person - find a software company that can deliver tangible value, and thank yourself later
