My overall experience has been okay. Nothing overly negative to say, nothing overly positive to say. Leadership can be very hit or miss, some is very toxic and some is amazing. The more senior leadership (GVP and above) are sooo out of touch with what their sellers are doing, what's working and not working. Compensation is okay but not amazing. Top producers are not even at $500K.
