Amazing support from leadership if you the right things / do well. Work really hard for Barcelona standards :D Seems like there're great career growth opps if you are a top performer. Coaching is top notch because honesty without it it would be extremely difficult to sell anything - it's untangible

Great role, pay and work life balance. unreasonable expectations, toxic management, under performing managers walking their top performers because they dont fit the mould or art chum with.Stupidly expensive product over worked executive partners and the red tape in delivering value to clients is insane.
