Amazing launchpad for the tech industry. They know how to train their salespeople. Culture is "micro-managey" - which is to be expected for large org training inexperienced reps out of college. But it gets old as you progress.

4 good years at Gartner. Really enjoyed my business unit but your experience will highly depend on your management and regional leadership. Not bullish on the future of the company given the advent of AI and the number of existing clients that have ditched Gartner looking for cheaper alternatives.
