Leadership Matters. If you are stuck with a manager (Not a leader) who decides to micromanage you, life will suck. A leader will let you be an adult, grow, and ultimately become better. Sadly I've experienced both here. Can be the greatest role in the world when you are allowed to flourish, and the worst when you are bogged down by inane tasks with no correlation to the business.

Overall pretty positive org. Base pay isn’t that competitive. Lots of smart coworkers. I do believe Gartner is a nice to have product.
