Overall this has been an excellent company to work for. Flexibility, leadership, training, etc has all been top notch. However, with aspiring to growth and the difficult economy. They have unrealistic expectations of sales reps and are overcompensating with busy work to show how “we’re still performing.” Your experience really depends on your individual region and management team.

This role was great, taught a lot about different areas of business. Processes however, changed at minimum once a week. Feedback as well is not really taken into consideration.
